Ginger gari, or better only “Gari”, is a typical under-vase of Japanese kitchen, in particular it serves as an accompaniment to their typical dishes: sushi and sashimi. It is a contour so to speak, with a particular taste, spicy and sweet, and its preparation is not complicated.
