Ingredients:
- 100 g powered sugar
- 200 g clarified butter
- 400 g all purpose flour
- A pinch of salt
- Beat the butter until it is white.
- Add the flour and salt to the butter and mix well together
- Garnish with diamonds.
- Roll into small balls and press down lightly andplace almond on top.
- Bake in a medium to low preheated oven until the cookies have an ivory colour.
