Ingredients:

  • 100 g powered sugar
  • 200 g clarified butter
  • 400 g all purpose flour
  • A pinch of salt
  1. Beat the butter until it is white.
  2. Add the flour and salt to the butter and mix well together
  3. Garnish with diamonds.
  4. Roll into small balls and press down lightly andplace almond on top.
  5. Bake in a medium to low preheated oven until the cookies have an ivory colour.
  6. Enjoy!
